You place the tome on the dais. The runes once again glow with the same shadowy light, and the runes on the pages coalesce into a language you
can read.
She who casts the shadow, the one who was with form before form. It is by her will that we are given form and motion. She who is the keeper of
laws and the one who casts the shadow on our realm. Her form cloaked in the light of the universe as her shade spreads upon us all. Through her
will, and her's alone, she shapes the workings of our realm.
Dark Gaia's shadow was so dense in places, that it was at times able to give itself form. These were Dark Gaia's children. Born of her own shadow
but having their own will, her children are what started to form our realm. After they began to form the land and creatures of the realm, Dark Gaia
noticing the new found activity, turned her attention towards her children. Upon seeing the creations, she became angry, as they gave form to things, but
did not give them purpose. They were without law. In her anger she punished her children, and they were forced back into her shadows to atone for their
transgressions.
